What I want to introduce about Japan

Hello! Everyone!

I will introduce sushi. It's very famous japanese food.I chose this topic because my grandfather and grandmother ran a sushi restaurant.

Sushi has a long history. Sushi is vinegared rice topped with (a slice of) fish, meat, or vegetables.

I like salmon.

Japanese Anime

 I introduce Japanese anime for ONE PIECE. It is pop
ular all over the world. It is funny and exciting!!

This culture of made in Japan. So it is unusual. They will be able to experience. Only in Japan can you find of this high quality, and I think any other country has it. 

If an international student comes, I will introduce this.

Kimono

 There are a lot of kind of Kimono. For example, pattern, a silhouette. Especially, there are a lot of pattern of Kimono. All of pattern is beautiful. Kimono is a symbol of the kindness and culture of Japan.

It has more increased recently. More pattern, more silhouette. Kimono is famous and loved for young generation and adults, all of Japanese people wear. It is amazing. I am proud of  Kimono. It is special culture of Japan, so Japan is thinking about Kimono become more good thing. So I think Kimono become more famous for around the world.

Interduce something about Japan Q

I don't really know about Japanese cultural, so I will like to talk about that the thing that made me surprised when the first time I came to Japan.

It is called by IKEBANA in Japanese, the arranged flower. The reason I choose it is because that it is the Japanese art of flower arrangement. It is known as KADO, and when you do it, it just like doing yoga, you have to be concentrate and calm. So I think it is really good to tell the international students. to get to know about the nice and beautiful cultural. I lean it on Wikipedia about it when the first time I know about this Japanese old cultural. Here's a video of IKEBANA. 

What's the Frisode?

      Hello everyone!!

 Most Japanese women will wear the Furisode in the ceremony of Seijinsiki. Many of them have gorgeous and youthful. And they are worn on special stage such as coming-of-age ceremonies, wedding dresses, and the costumes of their attends. Furisode can be worn by any unmarried woman regardless of age.  

Japanese New Year's Day

Hi, everyone! 

I'm going to introduce how Japanese spend New Year's Day.

Almost all Japanese eat Osechi-ryori. Osechi-ryori have auspicious meanings respectively. 

Also, Japanese go to shires or temples to pray for a happiness of the year.

In addition, young children get Otoshidama from the parents or relatives.

I want to introduce about Japanese politeness. 

I think Japan is the most politeness country in the world. 

For example, in 2011, huge earthquake happened in Tohoku area. 

Then one picture taken in evacuation place become a hot topic on twitter. 

It is a long line of food rations. 

Foreign people was very surprised because if it is not Japan, people don't make a line. 

I was surprised when I saw it because I thought it is natural things in Japan.

I think many Japanese people are gentle and they think about the other person rather than themselves. 

It is very good point of Japan.

What I want to introduce about Japan

　　Hello. This time, I will introduce the unique culture of Japan. There is a restaurant where you can stand and eat. Most of the shops where you can stand and eat are soba shops, which are usually located inside the station. The reason why there are many shops in the station where you can stand and eat is to make it possible for customers who use the station to eat immediately. Basically, the soba restaurant inside the station where you can eat soba is not for the purpose of enjoying the taste, but for the purpose of eating. The purpose is also for the shop staff to eat immediately and finish eating immediately. In addition to the soba restaurant, there are other restaurants in Japan where you can eat yakiniku, curry, and sushi. If you haven't been there yet, please do.　　

What I want to introduce about Japan

    Today, I would like to tell you manner that is very common in Japan, and I think it is useful when international students are visiting Japan. Shaking and bowing is very common in Japan. It express your respectful to other person. I think Japanese people are so polite and respectful, so I would like to people who are international students know about Japanese manners.

Today, I want to introduce about Matcha. I have a reason why I want to introduce about it, of course, Matcha is so famous as Japanese food and drink in the world and it has long history. 

At fast, Japanese missions to Tang China has brought seed of green tea to Japan. And then, in 1191, cultivation of green tea started in Uji, Kyoto prefecture and custom of drinking Matcha has been spread in Japan by Eisai. In addition, a culture of green tea has been developed by Sennorikyu in Azuchi-Momoyama period. So finally, it has become popular in the world in 2015 by introducing Gyokuro, which is one of the Japanese green tea.   

Now, not only Japanese but also foreigners enjoy drinking and eating Matcha, especially we can enjoy them in Kyoto, Gion and Uji. Matcha sweets are the best I recommend. If someone don't like to drink green tea, you can eat ice cream and sweets. These are great smell and tasting deeply. 

On the other hands, culture of green tea is getting famous more and more for foreigners because this culture is elegant for them and some of them thought this culture is about skill and precision. 

From these things, I want to know about history of "Matcha" and you should taste it and enjoy Japanese green tea. 

Unique Japanese Facilities

 A capsule hotel is an accommodation with a bed for one person in a box-shaped room. 

In 1979, the world's first capsule hotel opened in Osaka, and it has since spread throughout Japan. It's reasonably priced and has good security. So if you want to stay in a safe place with low cost of staying, I recommend it. 

Originally, they were just simple facilities for sleeping, but now there are stylishly designed and unique capsule hotels with samurai and ninja themes. 

It depends on the hotel, but many capsule hotels provide each person with a bath towel, face towel and nightwear. Basic hygiene items such as soap and shampoo, toothbrushes, and a hair dryer are available in the common area for your comfort.

However, many of the capsule hotels don't have food. So eat out, or use convenience stores and supermarkets. In rare cases, some facilities have a restaurant.

The most famous and popular things in japan.

 Hello everyone, I would introduce Japanese Heritage site so I chose Shuri-jo castle. Almost people know it. However it was burned in 2019. The news is so bad and it makes us upset. We have to find raising for build again.

Next, I would introduce Studio Ghiburi anime. It has been famous around the world. It has many kind of anime so I chose Howls Moving Castle.  It is very fantastic story so They can enjoy a lot watching it.

Japanese shrine. ---Yuka☆---

There are many shrine in Japan. I will introduce a shrine with a torii floating in the sea. There are several , but I will introduce Itsukushima shrine. This is Itsukushima shrine.

Very beautiful view. Also,underwater fireworks were launched in the summer.When I was a chired, I went to see the underwater fireworks with my familly.

I recommend the Itsukushima shrine.

I want international students to introduce about Japan - Kyosuke Nakamura

    Hello, My name is Kyosuke Nakamura. Yeahhhh!!!!

    I want many international students to introduce about Wadaiko. It is one of the traditional musical instruments in Japan. It looks like drum but the sound and materials is different with drum.

    Wadaiko is used when summer festivals and events are held. Wadaiko is made from hard woods. So the sound is heavier than drum and resonate with us. In addition, Wadaiko has a long history as a traditional musical instrument.

    When I was in elementary school, I have played the Wadaiko for three years. (In two pictures, Kyosuke plays the Wadaiko! He is so cool!!) While I played the Wadaiko, I increased my concentration. I think the ability to concentrate by playing it connects to my life.

What I want to introduce about Japan

                                 

Hello, everyone.

Japan has a lot of charms. But in this time, I'd like to introduce about Japanese toys, among other things. As I mentioned before, I collect Japanese monster(Kaiju) figures (sofvi). They are very high quality, sturdy and reasonably priced, so I can't stop collecting. However, this is not only true for these. Japanese toys are some of the best in the world. For example, Gunpla/Other Japanese plastic models and Tomica are loved by people of all ages, and especially the former are probably well known even by people abroad. Another iconic Japanese toys is the capsule toy, and you've probably bought at least once, even if you're not interested in toys. The variety is ridiculously large, and the small but unique and high quality of the series is so unique that you can collect the series or buy it as a little souvenir, and you'll be hooked. In addition to these, there are many other Japanese toys, but there are too many to think of (lol). Anyway, all the Japanese toys are great and still evolving, and if I had the chance to tell people abroad about the charm of Japan, I would tell them about the Japanese toys.

...By the way, Japan is excellent for buying toys, although the toys themselves are great, too. Places are limited, but there are places that sell toys from Japan as well as other countries. Therefore, it would be interesting to compare Japanese toys and foreign toys there.

Japanese Animation / Ayumi

     Today, I would like about Japanese animetion. Japanese animation technique is famous in the world. Japanese animation is realistic in description. I think Japanese animation character is so cool and cute. For example, Monkey D. Luffy, Rem, and Umaru Doma. And, the history of Japanese animation is very long, such as Chibi Maruko-chan, Doraemon, and Konan. So, Japanese animation has been loved by many people for a long time. Now, Kimetsu no Yaiba is quite popular. Movie is shown in Japan, and official cafe is open in other country. 

I think Japanese anime characters are popular because they are easy to cosplay.

What I Want to Introduce About Japan / Keisuke

 Hello every one ! This blog is what I want to introduce about Japan for international students. 

Do you know Touei Kyoto Studio Park (Touei Uzumasa Eiga Mura)? This is a theme park in Kyoto. It has many traditional buildings and many kinds of restaurant. Also they has many unique shows. It has Ninja shows, Samurai Sword Fighting Lesson and Take picture with the Oiran. 

And It has many kind of attraction and many fames Japanese character is come to Touei Kyoto Studio Park. It is fun for children and foreign people. 

I never went to Touei Kyoto Studio Park. But I think this place is good for international students. Because you can learn about Japanese history and you can enjoy.

Kimono

I would like to introduce about Kimono. It is one of the traditional Japanese clothes. I think international student want to wear it once. Because they are very beautiful.

First, the name is Hon-Furisode. It is also called Oh-Furisode. The bride wear it at the Wedding. The features of it are sleeve length and luxurious pattern. The sleeve length is about 114 cm. It is very long.

Next, the name is Chu-Furisode. We wear it at the coming-of-age ceremony or party. The sleeve length is about 100 cm.

Finally, the name is Kofurisode. We wear it at the Graduation ceremony. We usually wear this and Hakama as a set. It is very cute. The sleeve length is about 85 cm. It is easy to move, because the sleeve is short.

Did you get knowledges about Kimono? Kimono is one of the Japanese cultures. I want to wear it with international students someday.

Introduce about Japan

 I would like to introduce you to Studio Ghibli in Japan. Ghibli is a famous and popular anime in Japan. And there are a lot of unique characters in it.

In Ghibli, various place of the world are written. This is the most popular anime in Studio Ghibli and is called Spirited Away.

In this animation, the cities of Taiwan and China are modeled.

This anime is modeled on Stockholm, Sweden.

As you can see, Ghibli is a Japanese animation, but it is easy to get used to overseas.

There is a place in Tokyo that expresses Ghibli.

It's the Ghibli Museum.

The buildings and atmosphere here faithfully reproduce the anime and make you feel like you are in the world of anime.

I would like to introduce about Japan.

    Japan has four seasons. There are spring, summer, fall, and winter. We can see four different Japan because of four seasons.

    First of all, I will show you spring. When the season is spring, cherry blossoms are famous. Look at this picture. It is beautiful right?

    

    Next, I will talk about summer. In summer, Japan has blue skies or nice sunflowers etc. is famous. I like summer the best. It is because I feel excited because of the sunny day a lot.

    Third, I will show you about fall. In fall, we can see Momiji (autumn leaves). When I see these leaves, I feel fall came here.

    Finally, I will show you about winter. In winter somewhere you can see snow. I think the combination of snow and Japanese shrine is the coolest in the world. 

 In conclusion, I would like to introduce about four seasons. Thank you for reading.   

Japanese tradition (Karla)

I introduce about summer festival in Japan tradition.

Each prefecture have different festival in summer.

This picture is in Kyoto.

The name of this festival is 京都祇園祭 (gionmatsuri).

This festival started over 1000 years ago. Every year from July 1st to the 31st Eki Shrine Natsukoshi Festival for a month various Shinto rituals are held.

Awa Odori is confided to be one of the three major Bon Odori dances in Japan, and is a Bon Odori dance that originated in Tokushima Prefecture (formerly Awarenesses Province). Group pf dancers is called "ren"and parades in time with the shamisen and drums.

As you can see, there are many traditional festivals in Japan.
